Without Jo’s expertise, we wouldn’t have stood a chance of making any real use of Twitter

“Jo’s Twitter training started with an introduction for two of us who had only the most basic of knowledge.  She walked us through it in a very methodical manner and described how our business could use it which was most beneficial and key to the success of the training.  Anyone can use Twitter – it isn’t difficult as such, but you do need to know where to look for things and Jo showed us.  Working out how to use it for one’s own business is very tricky and requires a high level of thought and creativity.  Our very clear view afterwards was; without Jo’s expertise we wouldn’t have stood a chance of making any real use of Twitter and the associated software.
