Some great advice, and not just for the down time at the end of the year, these things would be good every week. The one about analysing what is working and what’s not is particularly important – I see clients all the time who have continued with marketing tactics because they’ve got in the habit (especially advertising) and end up spending time and money on the things that don’t really bring in the money.
Another great blog post Jo! I am already reflecting on the year – something I also recommend to my clients – and updating my website.

Great ideas to tick off Jo. My weakness is managing my accounts. You’ve reminded me that I could use any downtime this Xmas to organise my accounts and schedule reminders into the Google calendar.
Some nice reminders here! I’m going to tackle a few of them… but it’s amazing how that yawning Xmas break never seems to last all that long…
Thank you for your comments. I do a lot of these things throughout the year, but with business quietening down this time of year, it’s always good to use the time well I think. Ironically my expenses are up to date, but unfortunately my boyfriend’s aren’t so now that’s what I’ll be doing!
